Fair questions, straight answers
Which files do I upload?
From Etsy: Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data. Grab your monthly statement CSVs (best for fees) and/or your Sold Orders CSVs (adds order stats and best-sellers). Drag them all in at once — StitchProfit figures out which is which.
Is my sales data really private?
Yes. The analyzer is a page that runs entirely in your browser. Your CSVs are read locally by JavaScript and never transmitted. You can even load the page, turn off your Wi-Fi, and it still works.
Are the calculator's rates current?
Yes — 2026 rates: $0.20 listing fee, 6.5% transaction fee on item + shipping, payment processing by country (e.g. 3% + $0.25 in the US), and 15% Offsite Ads (12% for shops over $10k/year).
What if it doesn't read my file?
Email us the problem (never the file!) and we'll fix the parser — usually within days. If we can't make it work for you, you get your $19 back.
