Privacy

Your shop data never leaves your device. The analyzer parses your CSV files with JavaScript running in your browser. Files are not uploaded, transmitted, stored, or logged. We have no database of anyone's sales.

What we do store: if you buy a license, we keep your license key, your Stripe checkout reference, and the email Stripe gives us — that's how we can restore your purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

We use Cloudflare to serve this site; Cloudflare sees standard request logs (IP, user agent) like any host does. We don't run ad trackers.

Terms

A license is a one-time purchase for personal use in your shop(s), on your devices. Don't share keys publicly or resell them.

StitchProfit summarizes what's in your files. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice — check important numbers with your accountant. Fee rates in the free calculator are kept current on a best-effort basis; Etsy's official fee policy is authoritative.

Refunds: if the analyzer can't read your Etsy files and we can't fix it, you get your money back. Email hello@stitchprofit.com within 30 days of purchase.
